David, 2 years
15 September 2013
Today marks two years since the birth of our son David. Today a special day to think back to the moment we were allowed to enjoy this amazing little guy for 2 weeks.
We increasingly wonder what David would have been like now. Whether his character is similar to Gideon's. What he would look like now and whether he could already play football 🙂 .
We will probably keep asking ourselves this every year.
We miss him.

Dear N&M&G,
Just now I was thinking about you guys again and suddenly the date popped into my mind. I wish I was more thoughtful :-( I still think about your David very often, who would have been almost as old as our Rozalin. They would have been fun playmates (and us drinking coffee ;-) ), Gideon misses his older brother, you your beautiful son, what a loss! Heaven couldn't be without dear David. Maybe he will dance the stars of heaven at ballet, haha. Not all boys like football do they? Sweethearts, strength! In thoughts and prayers with you 4. Kiss!

Dear Marieke and Nathanaël,
I thought about you and David a lot yesterday, but I was too sick to comment here.
What a beautiful little man your David was.
How I wish you had allowed him to stay with you....
Thinking of you and knowing that David is salvaged but sadly hidden from us
Much comfort and strength also through Gideon, your beautiful and sprightly son.
Big kiss
Debby

Yes, we also thought of little David yesterday..and we continue to do so. We will never forget him :) He must be playing football in heaven right now. We look forward to meeting him in eternity and telling him what an impression he has made on our lives too.
Strength in this month, which should again be full of memories.
Much love!!!
