Nathanaël is safely back in the Netherlands. He had a super fun and good time in Mexico and enjoyed his little brother's wedding immensely. After a week, he also loved coming home again. He had really missed me and Ukkie anyway 🙂 .

Ukkie has behaved well over the past week and is now also turned with his head down, so in the position he should be in for labour. He is still lying all the way up, though, so pelvic birth may still take place in the coming weeks.

Didn't hear anything new today in Nijmegen, except that our second little one has heeeeeeeeery much hair 🙂 The gynaecologist said it was really exceptional! So funny, because David didn't have that much hair at all and this only makes us even more curious to see what Ukkie will look like!

In a fortnight, we have a meeting with the Neonatologist about how they are going to proceed after delivery, what they keep as their 'procedure' because this is such an exceptional case. (The left-sided hernia diafragmatica, but with the liver upwards, a combination that actually never happens)

So, for now steady and wait and see.
The wall I had built up to avoid looking to the future has largely crumbled. We believe our little man is meant for Life. We pray, hope and expect to enjoy this miracle for a very long time!!!
